A CENTURY OF FRIENDSHIP 1921-2021
On October 14, 1921, the Florida Beta Chapter of Pi Beta Phi was founded at Florida State College for Women. Since our beginning, our country, university, and chapter have seen great changes. Within FL Beta, we have initiated thousands of women, supported our local and international philanthropies, developed educated and influential women, and moved down the block! No matter what member class we are a part of, we are united under the wine and silver blue at Florida State University.
To commemorate this special anniversary, we hosted a Centennial Celebration in early 2022. Over 140 alumnae joined us back at 519 West Jefferson Street to celebrate the sweet sisterhood of Florida Beta. The weekend consisted of a brunch at the house, composite tours, an evening gala, and a vendor pop-up shop.
Thank you to everyone who attended Centennial. Allowing our collegiate members to network with chapter alumnae was a special connection that helped strengthen our sisterhood. We had an amazing weekend and are so honored to have celebrated this milestone with so many Florida Betas!
